Food

Our farm started out with the primary focus of pastured meat chickens, laying hens, and dairy goats. Over the years we have added pastured pigs and expanded into vegetable production. We focus on a few favorite hot crops such as, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, and a variety of basils. We also love growing garlic, shallots, onions, and potatoes.

Pork

We grow an heirloom breed of pig called "Gloucestershire Old Spot" (GOS) which originated in England and are one of the oldest breeds ever recorded. Known for their calm temperament and excellent forgeability, we identified them as a great fit for our small family farm. We have since discovered that they also produce delicious full-flavored meat from head to tail! We raise our pigs on pasture, which produces marbled meat with a tender texture and darker color that melts in your mouth. This meat isn’t just heritage pork, it’s great heritage pork!

Eggs

Our flocks of chicken and duck ladies spend their days roaming our pastures and return to a cozy mobile coop every night. With a free choice buffet of grasshoppers, clover, and insects, these laid-back hens produce nutrient dense omega 3 rich eggs ready for your culinary delight. Pick up a fresh dozen for your next meal.

Poultry

We raise broilers and turkeys in floorless field shelters that are moved to a new "salad bar" daily. Our birds always have plenty of room to roam with access to fresh air, food, and water. You will taste the difference in this succulent and flavorful meat. We harvest and process poultry products on our farm and sell them fresh or frozen.
